FAQs

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (this does not include weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and another notification when your order has shipped.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Your shipping charges will be calculated and totaled with your order upon checkout.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Based on your location, you can expect to pay shipping per your shipping selections, while some items may offer free shipping, your are responsible for the displayed shipping charges. If an item offers free shipping and you want the item sooner based on the shipping chart, you will pay the applicable shipping fees.  See our shipping Chart Estimates for more information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipping, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes including VAT which is incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Topping the Line is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, these are your responsibility and you should determine what amounts you will be charged by your local import authority.

CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

Tracking information for your order will be available as we will provide the tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for that information to be available. If your shipping confirmation and delivery is not fulfilled by the date indicated in your notification, please contact us at support@toppingtheline.com and include your name an order number.

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES

Some carriers do not ship to PO Boxes. We have done our best to list those carriers here - 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns after 30 days of delivery confirmation. Item must be unused and in its original package. The full order amount, less shipping costs will be refunded.  If your order arrives damages, please email us as soon as possible to support@toppingtheline.com, include photos of the items condition and we will work hard to come to satisfactory terms.  For additional information, see our Refund Policy.
